Since 1977, The Bridge has offered long-term residential treatment services for women in a therapeutic, transitional setting. We are a gender competent facility located in a residential area of Hastings, Nebraska. Daily living in a family atmosphere helps individuals develop a sense of normalcy and community in a non-threatening environment that is alcohol and chemical-free.

Treatment lasts approximately 12 months for substance abusing adult women for whom shorter-term treatment is inappropriate. These women have struggled either because of the devastating impact of substance abuse on their lives or because repeated short-term or less-restrictive treatment attempts have failed.

Programs and services are carried out by the Director, counselors, and support staff. All staff members are available to residents 24 hours a day. Counselors at The Bridge are licensed and certified by the state of Nebraska.
